My wife ordered the special, Salmon, my wife said it tasted strange, I tasted it and WOW they must have marinated it in Garlic. When we ask the server she told us that's the way its cooked. Even my seafood alfredo had way too much garlic in it. I do not like the taste of garlic in my mouth for the next day. We won't be going back.

My wife and I went there for dinner 10/17/09, what a disappointment. Since when does garlic go with salmone? My seafood alfredo had such of an aftertaste of garlic I threw out the take home box along with the remaining salmone. We won't be going back.

We love DiCarlo and order from there almost every friday. Being from Chicago, we've found ourselves dissappointed with most of the pizza offered in the Oak Creek area. Di Carlo is a breath of fresh air. Authentic, fresh toppings. Several crust options. Both the pizza and Italian dishes have been quite flavorful. The Chicken Saltimbocca was to die for. Definitely recommend.

We had heard about this place for some time now, and were anxious to give it a taste. My wifes Pasta was cold, and when she dared mention to our server, she seemed offended. It was almost 15 minutes before she brought the plate back, and needless to say, by then My dinner was cold as well. Although the luke warm food was ok, the server was not someone that we want at our table again. After we fishished, and tried to flag her down for our check, it was another oredeal, and more waiting. We will not return.

When they first started, although it was small, we went there a couple times a week. After they expanded, and tried to compete with the likes of "Olive Garden", they lost not only quality of food, but the service is AWFUL! We did love there Pizza, so after two bad experiences, decided to call for delivery. 45 minutes later than the said time, and delivery guy had nothing more than to say, "sorry, we are busy, not my fault." Pizza was flat. and just not worth it, as it was missing ingredients. We used to crave this place, but I can not recommend it anymore, the prices are over inflated now, better off getting a good coupon from Pizza hut or Domino's.
